JQYD2000 The Liquid Nitrogen Filling Pressure Detector

JQYD2000 liquid nitrogen dispensing system is used after Aluminium Can or PET bottle been filled, which means during seaming the Top Lid or plastic cap. This system will accurately calculate the liquid nitrogen, and inject the liquid to Can or Bottle. Once the liquid nitrogen been injected into Can or Bottle will quickly absorb the heat and turns into gas nitrogen, the volume will expand 700 times larger. The gas nitrogen not just displace the remain oxygen inside the Can, also generate the Can inner pressure to prevent the sink Can. Because of no oxygen remain inside the container, not just the quality of product been improved, the shelf-life of product also been extended. The most important advantage from this injector is 15% above cost saving from packing and transport budget.
