The measuring cup is composed of a single measuring cup and a pull-out switch valve, and the filling quantity is adjusted by changing the measuring cups with different inner diameters. When an empty can passes through a proximity switch following the rotation of a can-feeding rotary disk, the proximity switch sends a signal to the electronic control reversing valve, so that the cylinder is pushed out, so that the opening roller of the pulling valve enters the track of the opening cam, the pulling type is pulled out, and the material in the measuring cup is poured into the empty tank through the lower hopper. Then pull the valve through the valve cam section, the valve will be closed, into the charging section charging, in this cycle for the next measurement operation.
