Commercial terms

Price statement and terms of payment

  • The above prices are ex-factory prices in RMB, inclusive of 13% vat.

Payment: 30% of the total contract value shall be paid within 7 days after the contract comes into effect, and 60% of the total contract value shall be paid before the equipment leaves the factory 2.10% of the total contract value shall be paid within 7 days after the completion of commissioning and acceptance of the equipment.


Delivery Time, transportation method and installation and commissioning time

Within 90 days from the date of signing the contract and receiving the advance payment and technical parameters, the goods will be shipped to the factory designated by the buyer.


Training and service

  • Warranty period: within 365 days after the acceptance of the equipment signed by the seller and the buyer, (a) the seller shall provide the buyer with one year's technical guidance service for the maintenance of the equipment, and the seller shall respond in a timely manner after receiving the notice from the buyer, in case the buyer provides the video or pictures of the faulty equipment, if the service of on-site maintenance is needed, the buyer shall rush to the site as soon as possible, and the vulnerable parts and electrical components shall be borne by the buyer for the equipment maintenance. (b) equipment maintenance is the maintenance of spare parts and electrical parts which are in need of repair due to quality defects of the seller's products, the cost of which is borne by the seller (except for perishable parts) ; (c) equipment maintenance is caused by improper operation of the equipment by the buyer's employees, (c) due to improper operation of the equipment by the buyer's employees, the relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

  • Out-of-warranty: within 24 hours after receiving the service request, the buyer shall first provide the video or pictures of the malfunctioning equipment to the seller, the seller then responds to the content of the service, including the answers to questions and the decision to send personnel to the site to troubleshoot (or assist in troubleshoot) as needed. If the service is needed to rush to the site for repair, rush to the site as soon as possible, for equipment maintenance needs vulnerable parts, electrical components and related costs borne by the buyer. The seller promises to supply all spare parts to the buyer at the most favorable price.

Introduction of working principle and structure

Feeding

The canned material is put into the belt trough evenly by hand. Two sets of synchronous belt respectively on the material extrusion and feed, the front set of synchronous belt is composed of two up and down synchronous belt. The same servo motor is used for power. The servo motor uses torque control mode. The torque of the servo motor can be set directly on the touch screen. Using torque control mode can accurately control the tightness of the material, the second group of synchronous belt by 4 synchronous belt, also driven by servo motor. This servo motor uses the position control mode. The required length of the cutting block can be easily obtained by setting the parameters on the touch screen. The distance between the synchronous belt can be easily adjusted by the two-way screw. 

The feeding mould is a set of plastic moulds which change from square to round. The square hole at the front end is corresponding to the square hole formed by the discharge synchronous belt, and the discharge synchronous belt squeezes the material into the square hole. The inner cavity of the forming die is a gradual cavity with square connecting circle, and its cross-sectional area remains unchanged. Finally, the material is extruded into a cylindrical state.

Turntable

Turntable is intermittent movement, it is to take away the cut material and empty cans of vehicles, it needs accurate positioning. The machine adopts a unique Geneva indexing positioning mechanism, while the use of high-performance ultra-high polymer materials, with a small moment of inertia, high positioning accuracy. In the tank-dropping track, the empty tank falls into the arc groove of the positioning plate of the turntable by its own weight. It moves with the turntable. After the turntable stops moving, the second group synchronously takes away the specified distance and sends the material out of the set length into the turntable hole and the empty can. The rotary cutter cuts off the material, and the rotary cutter and the rotary table adopt the gear linkage to ensure the coordination of the working time of the cutter and the rotary table.

Compression mechanism

After the material is cut off, the rotary table turns to the next station with the material and the empty can. At this time, the material stays in the rotary table hole and a part of the empty can, and the material needs to be pushed to the bottom of the empty can and compacted by a compaction mechanism. This action needs to be completed during the time when the turntable stops moving. A group of eccentric swing arm mechanism is used to drive the pressing mechanism, and an eccentric mechanism is installed on the power output head. The eccentricity can be adjusted to adjust the movement range of the pressing mechanism. A connecting rod of the swing arm mechanism is replaced by a cylinder. Adjust the pressure of the cylinder, can play a role in adjusting the compression force, can also play the role of overload protection. There are many small holes in the surface of the compact disc, and the inside is hollow. It is connected with a steam generator. When the compact disc compresses the material, a small amount of steam is ejected from the surface at the same time, which can prevent the adhesion of the material and the surface of the compact disc.

When the turntable performs the next action, the can is sent into the outlet guide cage, and the can falls down along the guide cage to the outlet conveyor belt.

This machine can produce cans of 65 ~ 83 caliber by changing different cans. The can type part includes two synchronous belts and synchronous belt pulleys, an extrusion forming die, a rotary plate, a pressing plate, and a cage for discharging the can. 

Parameters and performance

The overall material of the machine is 304 stainless steel and ultra-high polymer material. 

The power system of the machine adopts three sets of servo motors, and the control system adopts Mitsubishi PLC and Weilun touch screen. The total power of the machine is 7.2 kw. 

The production capacity of this machine can reach 180 to 200 cans per minute. 

This machine is suitable for producing 65.3 to 83.3 cans with a maximum cut thickness of 45 mm. 

The total weight of this machine is 1800 kg.
