KL18GZ Granule Filling Machine

This equipment is a general purpose quantitative cup-type metering filling machine, suitable for the food industry filling grain, beans and other small granular materials.

The  equipment  adopts  fixed-volume  single-fixed   measuring  cup (filling volume adjustment needs to replace the measuring cup) , pull- type switch valve, good sealing performance, equipped with non-tank non-open  valve  device  and  other  safety   protection  devices.  The equipment  is  easy  to  operate,  stable  operation,  high  production efficiency, wide  range  of application, the  external  surface  and the parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, in line with food hygiene requirements.

The equipment is driven by frequency control motor, the production capacity  can  be  adjusted,  equipped  with  automatic  butter  filling system, convenient equipment lubrication.

Transmission part

After   the   worm   gear   reducer,   the   variable   frequency   speed regulating motor is driven by the driving gear to drive the big gear and the main shaft to rotate, and the main shaft drives the cage tray and the loading and unloading trays to rotate, at the same time by the big gear through the small gear and the universal coupling drive in and out of the tank star wheel, can screw rotation.

The in and out tank conveyer belt is directly driven by the worm gear reducer.


Metering section

The measuring cup is composed of a single measuring cup and a pull-out switch valve, and the filling quantity is adjusted by changing the measuring cups with different inner diameters. The material to be filled is added to the material drum and falls into the measuring cup by its own weight. When the upper and lower material trays rotate, the  material drum  is closely attached to the  material tray and the material above each measuring cup is brushed as flat.


Filling

Empty cans are first fed into the tank by a can-feeding conveyor belt, separated into certain intervals by a can-feeding screw, and then transferred to a can-feeding rotary disk by a can-feeding star wheel. When an empty can passes through a proximity switch following the rotation of a can-feeding  rotary disk, the  proximity switch sends a signal to the electronic control reversing valve, so that the cylinder is pushed out, so that the opening roller of the pulling valve enters the track  of the  opening  cam, the  pulling type  is  pulled  out,  and the material in the measuring cup is poured into the empty tank through the lower hopper. Then pull the valve through the valve cam section, the valve will be closed, into the charging section charging, in this cycle for the next measurement operation.
