JQ18AKG applies in small grain filling industry, it equips fixed and configurable weight counting cup to fill the quantitative grain amount to can, to achieve the automatic filling process. This machine has advantage for high production rate, running steady, also while there is no come in can, even if the come in can is reverted (up side down), it will not process the filling.
Mean while, the machine will raise the alarm and stop running, inform operator to fix the problem. The system equips the HMI operating screen, and variable frequency control unit, which makes it easy to operate and fast maintenance.
